During your consultation, I will listen attentively to you as you explain in detail your presenting complaint. I will also ask you to tell me about your personal traits and characteristics such as reactions to stress or weather conditions, energy level, sleep patterns, food preferences, childhood, family, social and work experiences and your past medical and family history. Based on the information you provide, I will select the appropriate customized homeopathic remedy that best matches your individual profile.

In addition to homeopathic treatment, I also incorporate Faster EFT into your session. I have personally experienced the benefits of combining both modalities and have noticed deeper and longer lasting results in myself and my clients. At the end of your session, I will also teach you how to tap on yourself so that you can release and let go of your problem when you are triggered.

To maximize the benefits of your sessions, it is important to commit to being an active participant in your own healing process. This includes at least 4 follow-up visits after taking a remedy as well as continued tapping sessions to achieve optimal results.  Remember, you did not get like this overnight so it is unrealistic to think you can eliminate all of your problems in only one session. It is a process… a journey well worth taking.

Homeopathic follow-ups are usually scheduled 4 to 6 weeks apart, sometimes sooner if the condition requires closer evaluation. Tapping sessions can be scheduled at any time during your homeopathic treatment.

All sessions are 100% confidential. I see clients in my office, over the phone or Skype virtual meetings.
